Guided Walks
There are some beautiful established and new walks around BD and Corinne King, a local resident and keen walker, has kindly offered to guide six walks in the area starting and ending at the church. They will last up to two hours approximately and be up to six miles in length. Walks will commence at 10.00 am (prompt) at the church and cost £5 per person all of which will go to the Five Alive magazine or lychgate repairs. There are 12 places available and these must be booked in advance with @~Corinne (see WhatsApp). Payment will be be made at the start of the walk. Cash only please. Dogs on leads welcome and children 12 and over accompanied by an adult.
Please wear sturdy shoes/boots and appropriate clothing for walking and please bring water.

Town & local walks - Discover Frome
Buckland Dinham & Great Elm – approx 4.5 miles
A walk over fields, along lanes and through woods, with good views, industrial archaeology and interesting wildlife particularly in the riverside woodland. See the PDF guide for this walk. Copies are on sale at Discover Frome and the Town Hall in aid of Frome Recreation and Open Ground Supporters (FROGS) funds.
Orchardleigh – approx 7 miles
A circular walk following riverside and field paths into the Orchardleigh estate, where it follows a muddy lakeside path and then tarmac driveway, returning to Frome via Spring Gardens and Cooper Hall. Download the PDF guide.
